The Colyer Fergusson Charitable Trust makes grants to support people in Kent including disadvantaged young people, families facing financial or emotional crisis and to community groups.
Issimo implemented their Adesso Grant Management package and customised it to match the the exact data capture and end-to-end process requirements of the Trust. There are a total of five online applications forms plus two online monitoring forms.
In addition there is now a Hardship Awards programme where applications are entered by the Trust’s partner organisations in Kent. These are for young people with urgent needs and have a turnaround time of eight hours or less.
